I live in Toronto, ON Canada . When my aunt turned 65 I searched for days to find a florist that had nice arrangements on their sites, since I’m skeptical about ordering online. What you see isn’t always what you get! I finally decided to place an order with Miss Bee Haven Florist. Before doing so, I called and went over what I wanted. They were very helpful and considerate. When the flowers arrived at my aunts house, she absolutely loved them and sent me pictures. The arrangement was stunning and exceeded my expectations. So this year (August 2024) I placed an order for her 75th birthday and again, my expectations were exceeded! The arrangement was beautiful. I would recommend Miss Bee Haven Florist to anyone! Unfortunately, we don’t have one in Canada!

Sent a Mother's Day arrangement and Mom loved it. Delivery was as promised and the flowers were beautiful. Will definitely order again

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We strive to deliver the up most quality of product and service, as per our deliveries, our delivery drivers are instructed to wait an adequate length of time for the recipient to reach the door to accept their delivery. In the case that the recipient is not home or unable to get to the door our delivery drivers are to use their best judgement as to where the safest place to leave the arrangement is, considering weather (rain, snow, heat, cold etc.) and time of day. If they feel that the weather is unsafe drivers will be instructed to return the product back to the shop and an attempt to contact the customer will be made. As far as holiday deliveries, we will follow our delivery policy to the best of our abilities. Due to high volumes drivers may have to make judgement calls with your best interest in mind. In the event that the delivery is going to a business or workplace, we kindly ask our customers to provide as much information as possible, name of business, operation hours for recipient and certain entrances if applicable.
