In the case that the recipient is not home or unable to get to the door our delivery drivers are to use their best judgement as to where the safest place to leave the arrangement is, considering weather (rain, snow, heat, cold etc.) and time of day. If they feel that the weather is unsafe drivers will be instructed to return the product back to the shop and an attempt to contact the customer will be made. As far as holiday deliveries, we will follow our delivery policy to the best of our abilities. Due to high volumes drivers may have to make judgement calls with your best interest in mind. In the event that the delivery is going to a business or workplace, we kindly ask our customers to provide as much information as possible, name of business, operation hours for recipient and certain entrances if applicable.
